Lyle is a skilled actor, musician and singer who trained at the Royal Central School of Speech & Drama on the MA Acting (Classical) course. Since graduating, he has accrued a number of stage credits, including working extensively with the Young Shakespeare Company both domestically and abroad, and as a member of OVO Theatre’s acting company based at the Roman Theatre of Verulamium in St Albans. Lyle recently toured with OVO in their acclaimed production of Lucy Kirkwood’s Mosquitoes.
In 2019, Lyle co-founded Wild Geese Theatre Company, a company which specialises in bringing immersive, interactive theatre experiences to young audiences in under-resourced areas across the country. The company embarked on a national tour in 2022, and they currently have projects in development.
Lyle is an accomplished singer and musician. He has played guitar since he was 11 and has performed as a member of function bands as a soloist at many events and live music. He is a member of the world-renowned function band Truly Medley Deeply, and is passionate about using the skills he has accrued as a musician over the years as an actor-musician on stage.
