Peggy Barnes

Peggy is a young Bristol based actor, raised on the south coast of Cornwall, who graduated from the LAMDA CertHE course in Acting for Stage and Screen in 2025. She is passionate about Shakespeare and has toured professionally in As You Like It with East London Shakespeare Festival in which she played a multitude of high energy, complex roles.

Peggy is a dynamic and animated actor who is always looking to expand her repertoire of experience in new roles that excite her. She has natural comedy bones and physical comedy skills, and as well as enjoying comedic roles, is skilled in characterisation through movement and physicality.

Peggy also has experience writing her own skits, exploring the dynamics of comedy and how to make characters authentic and watchable.

Peggy is an energetic, creative young performer who is ready for new experiences, variety and challenges, and is looking forward to immersing herself in her next roles on both stage and screen.
